Airius Thermal Equalizer® is a state of the art heat recovery device used to defeat the problem of heated air stratification in high ceiling buildings. Through complete thermal equalization or destratification of this air you can save 20 to 40% of energy costs regardless of whether you use natural gas, coal, oil, propane gas, steam or electricity to heat your facility. The Airius Thermal Equalizer® and PHI™ Cell Hybrid Unit combines the extremely effective air mixing performance of the Airius Thermal Equalizer’s advanced technology turbine-like fans with state of the art odor, virus, bacteria, mold & VOCs reduction¹ performance of the PHI™ Cell to produce one of the most effective air purification devices available.  

Photohydroionization™, or PHI™, is an Advanced Oxidation technology developed and owned by RGF Environmental Group. It is a broad spectrum high intensity UV light targeted on a quad metallic catalyst ultraviolet (UV) target in a low-level ozone² and moist atmosphere. This creates an advanced oxidation process providing friendly oxidizers, or very safe and aggressive oxidizers that revert back to oxygen and hydrogen. PHI™ Technology has been successfully used in water, air, food, laundry and grease applications.

The PHI™ Cell carries a 25,000 hour rated life and 3 year warranty.

Among tested PHI™ Cell reduction results are: Odor reduction 30%-70%, SARS Virus 72.9% avg., Norwalk Virus 99.9%, Airborne Bacteria 34.5 to 94%, Surface Bacteria 99%, Airborne Mold 71% to 97.8%, Mold on Bread surface       88%.
